Account Deletion

Request account deletion

TuneVA supports account deletion through the app and by email so your account, recordings, and related data can be removed from active systems where possible.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open TuneVA.
  2. Go to My Singer Page.
  3. Open the Privacy & Voice Use or Account Settings area.
  4. Choose Delete my account.
  5. Review the warning and type DELETE to confirm.

Email fallback

If you cannot access the app, email Automat4ed@gmail.com from the email address connected to your TuneVA account. Include your username if available and write "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

What data is deleted

  • Account profile information, such as username and email, where deletion is legally and technically available.
  • Authentication records connected to active account access.
  • Recordings and uploaded audio files associated with your account, where active storage deletion is available.
  • Singing progress, achievements, and account state that are no longer needed for operational, legal, or security reasons.

What may be retained

  • Records needed for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, audit logs, backups, or legal obligations.
  • Limited records in backups until they expire or are replaced through normal retention cycles.
  • Minimal operational records required to document and complete the deletion request.

Processing time

TuneVA aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for identity verification, legal obligations, backups, or abuse review.
